Awesome post as always! We're about to ship our first SLM-powered APP and we've been using the exact same approach. On top, adding markdown files to every folder for the dev to "think before he (re)acts" (pun intended) helps both the dev and the agent massively. We'll soon release a newsletter explaining this approach as well!
