Great article. I was a perfectionist (probably still am a little) which greatly contributed to my impostor syndrome. I didn’t know exactly 100% about everything I was doing? Definitely a fraud.
As your article states, just leaning in and doing the work helped immensely. Along the way I found out that people actually generally like helping you understand things. Now I look forward to asking others for help because I learn something new and they feel accomplished.
