The new engineer doesn't know enough to know what the constraints should actually be and can't empirically justify or explain agent suggestions. but the engineer who's built these systems for years easily knows the boundaries that stop failure modes.

After reviewing sonar's products, it's evident their products and services are way beyond a solopreneur developer. Are there specific sonar products you recommend in that regard or another product perhaps that would be affordable for an independent developer?
